Nick Hoelscher is the Plant and Tree yard manager in charge of the plants, trees, orders and operations of all outdoor materials.

Nick is our resident scholar of horticulture, answering all those tuff diagnostic questions asked by customers.

He was one of the first group of 50 Master Certified Nurserymen to be Certified by Texas in 1986. He is a member of the Native Plant Project.

He has been with Valley Garden Center since 1983.

He is interested in plants of all kinds, and especially natives. He also enjoys traveling to historical sites in Texas.
